Shipping & Returns Policy

At Nexlab.shop, we partner with Printful to handle all fulfillment and shipping services. As a result, any returns or exchanges for orders made through our site will be directed to Printful’s facilities, depending on where the order was fulfilled. Please note that return processing can take up to one month for either a refund or product exchange.

Return Process:

Return Shipping: All returns should be sent to the respective Printful facility based on the order’s origin location. In the case of returns due to issues on Printful's side (damaged or incorrect items), the cost of return shipping will be covered by Printful.

Temporary Storage: Returned products will be temporarily stored for up to 30 days free of charge. If a product is not claimed after 30 days, it will be donated to charity.

Re-shipping Fees: If the customer wishes to have the product resent, new shipping charges will apply.

Product Condition: If the return is due to a customer’s error (such as ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any subsequent order charges for replacements.

Exemptions: The Printful return address should only be used for product returns.  disclaimer on our Nexlab.shop website. this address should be used exclusively for returns and not for any other correspondence. Legal or business mail should not be sent to this address.
